Sawtooth VCO

My latest and greatest VCO implementation based on the Electronotes ENS-76, opt 1 design.
It features standard 1 volt per octave exponential control, linear frequency control (FM), hard and soft sync, simultaneous sawtooth, rectangle, triangle and sine outputs. Pulse width on the rectangle output is variable from 0% to 100% and is voltage controllable (PWM) -5V(0%) to +5V(100%).
